Team Development

Assessments are tools designed to help individuals understand their strengths, behaviors, and communication styles. By providing insights into personal and team dynamics, assessments can enhance collaboration, improve conflict resolution, and boost overall team performance. Implementing these tools in professional development initiatives can lead to more effective and cohesive teams, ultimately driving organizational success.

Strengthscope® is a strengths-based assessment that helps individuals discover the qualities that energize them and enable them to perform at their best. Unlike many assessments that focus on personality traits or behaviors, Strengthscope identifies the strengths that drive engagement, motivation, and peak performance at work.

By highlighting each person's unique "Significant 7" strengths, Strengthscope increases self-awareness, supports professional growth, and helps individuals better understand how they contribute to their teams. Because every strengths profile is unique, the assessment also helps teams appreciate diverse perspectives, improve collaboration, and create a shared language around what people need to thrive and succeed.

Strengthscope is recognized for its scientific rigor and was the first strengths assessment to achieve Registered Test Status from the British Psychological Society, demonstrating its reliability and validity as a development tool.
