Employee Relations - HR Partners

Your HR Partners act as thought partners to supervisors and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment. HR Partners will:

  • Advise individuals and departments on university and UMSL policies and procedures
  • Offer conflict resolution options, including referrals to ODEI’s Office of Conflict Resolution and Mediation Services
  • Advise and train on corrective actions and the progressive discipline process
  • Provide coaching and training regarding performance appraisals

In such cases, employees will be consulted and information will only be shared with other individuals on a need-to-know basis.
