2012-2013 Updates

There have been signification changes to the Verification process, Direct Student Loans, and the Federal Pell Grant. Whether you're a returning student or you're receiving financial aid for the first time, you'll want to check out the Updates for the 2012-2013 Academic Year (Fall 2012, Spring 2013, Summer 2013).

 


New Student Financial Aid Packages & Missing Information

We have begun sending out 2012-2013 financial aid packages for new students. Students will receive an email at their UMSL email address when those packages are ready. If you have not received your financial aid package, please be sure to follow up on any requests for missing information. We cannot package your financial aid until you resolve any missing information requests. Be sure to watch your UMSL email for notices about missing information. You can also check your To-Do Items in MyView as well. In MyView, navigate to Self Service > Student Center and then look under your To Do List on the right hand side of the screen.

 

 

2012 Summer Financial Aid

Students who wish to apply for financial aid for the Summer 2012 Semester will need to submit the 2011-2012 FAFSA (if you haven't already) and the Summer 2012 Financial Aid Application. Summer 2012 Aid Applications must be received by June 29, 2012.

Marguerite Ross Barnett Scholarship Application and FAFSA are due. (Note the FAFSA priority date for insitutional aid was April 1, 2012.)

Tuition Settlement Scholarship Applications for Spring 2013 Semester are due

 

 

October 15, 2012

Spring 2013 Transfer Student scholarship applications are due
