Tuition, Fees, and Scholarship

Tuition information for fall 2025 - spring 2026

 

For undergraduate non-degree seekers such as those enrolled in the OIPE Succeed, Succeed+, and Link Certificate programs, the standard fee at the University of Missouri-St. Louis is $596 per credit hour.

For undergraduate students in the Link Degree Program, kindly refer to the above link for tuition information. 

You may also use a cost estimator to determine the net cost to attend the University. Please note that tax and finance and/or service fees will apply (e.g., if paying by credit card).

 

Succeed Program: Two-year program totaling 44 credit hours

Succeed+ Program: One-year program totaling 22 credit hours

Link Program: Fee for this program is separate from college tuition fee

 

Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary Program (CTP)

The Succeed Program received approval from the United States Department of Education as a Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary Program (CTP). As a CTP program, students who qualify may receive federal financial aid in the form of the Federal Pell Grant, and the Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant. Succeed Students must fill out the FASFA in order to determine eligibility.

  • Novik, Chase Riley Annual Scholarship 
  • Paul Meyer Memorial Scholarship (no application form required)

 

Non-UMSL Scholarships

These scholarships are not affiliated with the OIPE, thus we are not responsible for acceptance. But, you can certainly apply their scholarship funds to one of our OIPE college programs (Succeed, Succeed+, or Link).
