DROP-IN AND WRITE WITH GWP!  Our Drop-In & Write Events allow writers in the St. Louis area to spend time writing with the guidance of our GWP Teacher Consultants.  Events are held at a variety of locations around St. Louis, chosen specifically to inspire writers. Show up with something you've been working on or start something new.

Events are for youth, grades 3 - 12, teachers, and caregivers:
  • Parents/guardians are welcome to stay (and even do some writing of their own!)
  • Youth under the age of 16 may be dropped off if parent/guardian signs a release form
  • Youth under the age of 16 who arrive with a teacher who stays onsite do not need a signed parent release form
  • Youth aged 16 or over do not need a parent release form
  • Wi-fi access and parking are available at all sites
