Request a Part-Time or Temporary Position

Non-benefit eligible hires do not require Justification approval. However, please ensure that the position is budgeted appropriately. You will need to collaborate with your Business Manager to identify a position number. For help determining which temp job code to use, please reach out to your HR Partner.

You may set the hourly rate within your allocated budget. It is advisable to establish an end date for the position, which can be extended upon mutual agreement. Once you have selected a candidate for the role, complete the first page of the attached form and submit it to Stripes Shared Services.

At the conclusion of the employment term, you will be required to submit a termination ePAF.
