When creating or reclassifying a benefit eligible position, a ePCQ will need to take place.
New positions will allow the hiring department to craft and create the position based on their department needs.
Reclassifying positions allow departments to recognize that duties and responsibilities have changed significantly for that position.
Both methods will require Justification approval and a ePCQ. This process can take anywhere between a few days to several weeks.
