Mike Cokenour is one of UMSL's Senior Human Resources Partners. He has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years. Prior to joining UMSL's HR team, Mike worked at a variety of companies across many functions of HR from compensation to employee relations. He strives to provide excellent customer service to the employees and managers he serves. He has two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Illinois-Urbana in Economics and Psychology and his M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources Management from DeVry University- Keller Graduate School of Management. He holds HR certifications of Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resources Manager- Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
