Obtaining a OneCard
The Center for Student Success, located in 225 Millennium Student Center, is the University’s OneCard production office.
Students, Faculty and Staff will need to visit to have their OneCard created or to replace a lost or stolen OneCard.
While there is no fee for an initial card, there is a $5.00 fee for the first replacement card; subsequent replacements carry a $10 fee.
Payment of the replacement fee will be required before a new card is made. The fee can be paid in the Cashiers Office located in 285 Millennium Student Center, where you will receive a receipt stating the fee has been paid.
You will need to present a government issued form of photo identification, such as a driver's license, and proof of employment or enrollment to have your OneCard made.
- When reporting a lost or stolen card by phone you will be required to give information confirming your identity. (This safeguard is in place to ensure your card and accounts are not de-activated by someone else.)
- Old cards cannot be re-activated if a replacement card has been made.
