The Graduate School of the University of Missouri-St. Louis promotes scholarship and creativity through graduate programs that inspire in students a passion for discoveries. Our programs reflect our mission as a public metropoiltan research university as students work with faculty members to meet the challenges in rapidly changing local, regional, and global contexts.
Graduate students make up nearly 22% of the UMSL student body. They study in one of our 30 master's, 13 doctoral degree programs, 2 education specialist programs or the wide variety of graduate certificates. These pages describe the choices that students have to advance their education by working with active scholars in nationally ranked programs alongside the most diverse graduate student population in the state.
