UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI SYSTEM IT (UMSIT)
POLICY: UMSIT shall have appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the privacy and security of protected health information from any intentional or unintentional use or disclosure that is in violation of the law or the policies and procedures of UMSIT. UMSIT shall reasonably safeguard protected health information to limit incidental uses or disclosures of that information.
