Technology Support Services supports classroom technologies and student computer labs, and manages the Technology Support Center. For more detailed information about these individual units, please visit the links below:


The Technology Support Center (TSC) assists faculty, staff, and students with password and login issues. The TSC provides support for university-issued computers, lab/classroom hardware support, and questions concerning UMSL wireless connections. The TSC is responsible for issuing Triton Cards.

Instructional Support Services (ISS) provides support to all open classrooms and computing labs on campus. ISS trains faculty, staff, and students on various aspects of the technology in the classrooms and labs, as well as provides quality assurance to ensure that the technology serves the campus community. 


The Triton Card is UMSL's official identification card for students, faculty and staff.
