Social Science Building (SSB)
In Fall 2020, the UMSL School of Social Work moved into the Social Science Building (SSB) from Bellerive Hall. Located on the fourth floor of SSB, our new suite features a seminar room, group learning environments, hoteling spaces for taking exams, faculty offices, and the Social Work Writing Lab all geared to providing our students with optimal learning spaces.
Spring 2024 Update: Temporary Relocation to Express Scripts Hall (ESH)
In Spring 2024, the UMSL School of Social Work was temporarily moved into a new location in the Express Scripts Hall (ESH) from the Social Science Building (SSB). This is due to the construction happening on and around the SSB building as Transform UMSL works towards constructing a brand new building connected to SSB for the College of Education as well as the Honours College.
