Welcome to UMSL's School of Social Work

We engage students and faculty in professional education, research, and service to advance knowledge and competence to promote human and societal well-being. Within a collaborative learning environment, students are prepared as self-aware, culturally informed and critically-thinking leaders who are committed to social and economic justice and professional values and ethics. We inspire hope. We change lives.
