Lilly McCane is one of UMSL’s Senior Human Resources Partners and brings broad experience across employee relations, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and organizational development. She has supported multi-site teams in hospitality, supply chain, and transportation, partnering with leaders across large, complex operations. Lilly chose HR because she is passionate about helping people and organizations thrive. Known for her people-focused approach, she combines empathy, clear communication, and research-informed practices to strengthen workplace culture, support employee well-being, and create meaningful onboarding experiences for new hires. She holds an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from SIUE and a B.S. in Psychology from UMSL.
