James Ottolino is a Student Support Specialist II for the Graduate School. He is one of the the first contacts potential students make with the University. Among his tasks, James disseminates information, provides timely assistance to students applying to Graduate School, prepares admissions dossiers for review and notifies students of admissions decisions.
