Tamara Keefe is the CEO and Flavor Temptress at Clementine’s Naughty and Nice Ice Cream in St. Louis, Missouri. Clementine’s is the first and only microcreamery in the state of Missouri; each batch of ice cream is made using the highest quality ingredients and intricate processes. Tamara has opened eight ice cream shop locations, established a national shipping program, leads a team of 130 employees, is expanding her production to a 25,000 square foot facility.
UMSL is the only public university in the region to carry dual AACSB accreditations for its business and accounting programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
