Katie Harster is a member of the Instructional Design team at the CTL. She is passionate about collaborating with instructors to improve student outcomes through innovative assessments and learning materials. Her interests include online learning environments, quality course reviews, program outcomes, and formative pedagogy.
Katie earned her Ph.D. in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She has taught online and in-person courses for over 10 years at public and private institutions. Outside of work, Katie enjoys visiting the many kid-friendly attractions around St. Louis with her husband and son.
