Anita Manion is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Director of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Her research focuses on election administration, voting behavior, and political representation in local government. She has published research in leading journals including Election Law Journal, Public Opinion Quarterly, American Politics Research, and Politics, Groups, and Identities. In addition to her academic scholarship, Dr. Manion is an experienced media commentator who regularly translates complex political and election issues for public audiences.
