Leadership Launchpad course features:

Designed for busy professionals: Sessions are remote. But, if possible, we do encourage you to attend an in-person networking session and the awarding of completion certificates on campus at the end of the course.
Time-friendly format – You probably have pretty busy evenings. A lot of aspiring or new managers have families, and their time with them is limited already. For this reason, sessions are held over lunch to make it easier for you to block off the time.
An in-person networking session to help build your professional network. Remote learning is great, but it makes it challenging to really connect with others. Our in-person networking session will not only help you get to know your peers, but we’ll connect you with UMSL alumni and professors to expand your professional network, which means more opportunity for you!
Practical & actionable – The course has been designed by leaders who have both an MBA and significant practical experience. Leadership Launchpad is designed to give you the practical skills that fill in potential gaps between your current knowledge level of leadership principles and practices and your day-to-day challenges and experiences in the workplace. Cancellation Policy for Noncredit Business Administration Programs: The University reserves the right to cancel any program. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified immediately, and all program fees will be returned. If you must cancel the registration, a refund is issued if you cancel two weeks prior to the first class. A full refund is issued if the student has not received the course books. Refunds for students who have received course books will be reduced by the cost of the books.
