What You'll Learn

Using the official SHRM learning system (the SHRM Learning System) increases chances of passing: according to SHRM’s exam‐prep page, candidates who pair the Learning System with the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge are 44% more likely to pass the SHRM-CP exam and 34% more likely to pass the SHRM-SCP exam.

HR Behavioral Competencies
The nine SHRM-defined behavioral competencies, organized into Leadership, Business, and Interpersonal clusters, equip you to act with integrity, influence strategically, build relationships, communicate effectively, and operate with a global mindset. (Full list available on the SHRM website.)

HR Technical Expertise
You’ll also deepen your knowledge across SHRM’s three technical domains (People, Organization, and Workplace) which together span 14 functional areas such as HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Relations, Global Workforce Management, and U.S. Employment Law.
