Become PMP® certified this fall!

The PMP is the credential that says you can be trusted with work that matters — and it pays. Certified project managers in the U.S. report a median salary of $135,000, twenty-four percent above their non-certified peers.

The hard part was never the material. It's finishing. Most people who set out to get certified already own a course they never got through, and the exam date they meant to book is still not booked.

This program is built to fix exactly that: a coach who has taken hundreds of professionals through it, a cohort that meets every Tuesday, and a deadline you commit to out loud.

Why it's worth the fall

Three letters that change what you get asked to run.

$135,000

Median U.S. salary for PMP-certified project professionals — against $109,157 for those without it.

24%

The certified premium in the U.S. And it compounds: professionals certified ten years or more report a median of $173,000.

30M

Project professionals needed worldwide by 2035. The demand is not softening.

Beyond the number: the PMP is the shorthand hiring managers use to decide who gets handed the complicated, visible, career-making work. It travels across industries, and it does not expire the way a job title does.

Figures from PMI's Earning Power: Project Management Salary Survey, 14th Edition (December 2025), based on 14,628 project professionals across 21 countries. Talent-gap projection from PMI's Global Project Management Talent Gap report.

How it works

Three moving parts, one finish line

You bring the hours. We bring the pressure, the practice, and the people who keep you from quitting in week six.

1

Get your 35 contact hours

PMI requires 35 hours of project management education before you can sit for the exam. We provide Andrew Ramdayal's 35-hour course, rebuilt for the July 2026 exam, and tell you which modules to watch before which session. Replay anything at 1.5×, and it issues the certificate that goes with your PMI application.

Included!
2

Show up every Tuesday

Ninety minutes of coaching, ninety minutes of applied practice. We work situational questions out loud, argue about the defensible answer, and translate PMI-speak into the way work actually happens at your organization.

In person or Zoom
3

Get across the line

Application review before you submit, a mock-exam benchmark, a scheduled test date you commit to in front of the group, and a coach who follows up when your practice scores stall.

Accountability, not homework

What's included

What the program actually gives you

A self-paced course is a library. This is a coach, a calendar, and a cohort that notices your empty chair.

  • The full 35-hour Ramdayal course, covering every contact hour PMI requires.
  • PMP Simplified, his Amazon best-selling study guide, for the times you'd rather read than watch.
  • The TIA exam simulator — 1,100+ questions and 10 full-length mocks, with a video explanation behind every answer.
  • Weekly live coaching with Vish Tripathi — hybrid, so travel and deadlines don't end your candidacy.
  • A guided study path mapping the on-demand course to each week, so you always know what "on track" means.
  • Situational-judgment drills. The exam rewards judgment, not recall. We practice the reasoning out loud, together.
  • PMI application support — eligibility check, experience descriptions, and a review before you hit submit.
  • Two timed mock exams — an early diagnostic and a full-length simulation — each followed by a coach's read on whether you're genuinely ready or just tired.
  • A cohort of St. Louis professionals you'll still know after the exam.
  • Exam-date commitment — the single strongest predictor of finishing.

Current as of the 2026 exam

You'll be studying for the exam that's actually being given.

PMI revised the PMP® exam substantially in July 2026, and a lot of prep material still on the market teaches the old one. Business thinking now carries three times the weight it used to.

33%

People
Down from 42%. Still central, no longer heaviest.

41%

Process
Down from 50%. More emphasis on tailoring.

26%

Business
Up from 8%. More than tripled.

The revised exam adds AI, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement as scenarios rather than definitions. That's the material where a recorded lecture underperforms most, and where a coach who runs a real PMO earns your Tuesday nights.

Your coach

You're not being handed a curriculum. You're being coached by a practitioner.

Vishwakant Tripathi, program coach

Vishwakant "Vish" Tripathi

MBA  ·  PfMP  ·  PMP  ·  SAFe  ·  LPM

Vish brings more than 20 years of project management experience as a Fortune 200 PMO executive, past president of the PMI St. Louis Chapter, and adjunct professor at UMSL. He has guided hundreds of professionals through this certification.

What makes him the right coach for this format specifically: he isn't reading you the PMBOK. He's the person who can hear your description of a stalled project and tell you both how PMI would answer the exam question and what he'd actually do Monday morning. That gap — between the exam's world and yours — is where most candidates get stuck, and it's exactly what a recorded course cannot close.

Fit

This is built for a specific person

You'll do well here if…

  • You've been meaning to do this for a year or more, and something always comes up.
  • You've already bought a course — maybe two — and haven't finished either.
  • You're moving into project leadership and need the credential to make it official.
  • You learn better by arguing through problems than by watching someone explain them.
  • You want a local professional network, not just a certificate.

Look elsewhere if…

  • Your employer will only reimburse a PMI Authorized Training Partner. Worth checking before you register.
  • You're disciplined enough to finish a self-paced course alone. Genuinely — save your money and go do that.
  • You need to test within the next few weeks.

Investment

One fee. Nothing else to buy.

No book list, no separate simulator subscription, no materials charge that turns up in week three. Your course, your study guide and your practice exams are ours to provide, and we've already bought them.

Questions

The things people actually ask

Where do my 35 contact hours come from?

From the self-paced course we provide as part of your fee, which issues its own certificate of completion for your PMI application. We handle everything after that: the coaching, the structure, the application review, and getting you to a booked exam date. If you want the technical detail, PMI accepts on-demand training from any provider toward all 35 hours; only live, instructor-led hours must come from a PMI Authorized Training Partner.

How is this different from a bootcamp?

A bootcamp compresses the lecture material into a few long days and sends you home. That works if lecture content was what you were missing. For most people it isn't — they already own a course they never finished. What they're missing is ten weeks of someone expecting them on Tuesday, and a coach who reads their mock exam results instead of handing them a score.

Which self-paced course do you use?

Andrew Ramdayal's PMP Exam Prep E-Learning 35 Hour Class, built on the PMBOK 8th Edition for the July 2026 exam. Ramdayal is one of the most widely used PMP instructors working — his course on Udemy alone carries a 4.7 rating across more than 190,000 reviews.

It comes with his PMP Simplified study guide and the TIA exam simulator: 1,100+ questions and 10 full-length mock exams, each with a video explanation. We buy all three for you, and access runs six months from your start date — the program plus a comfortable margin around your exam. Before publishing: confirm with TIA that the course issues a completion certificate naming the 35 contact hours.

Am I even eligible to sit for the exam?

PMI's requirements combine education and documented project experience, and the 2026 update widened the pathways — including apprenticeship routes and a ten-year window for counting experience. Week one includes a working session where we map your background against the current requirements. If you don't qualify yet, you'll know in week one rather than after you've paid an exam fee.

What if I miss a session?

The honest answer is that missing sessions is the main way people fall off, so we'd rather you join by Zoom from an airport than skip.

Do you guarantee I'll pass?

No, and be skeptical of anyone who does. What we can commit to is that you'll finish the material, submit a clean application, and walk into the exam having already worked hundreds of questions with a coach.

What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel two weeks before the first session.
