Master of Science in Fintech

The finance industry is experiencing rapid change as financial technology continues to reshape how financial services are delivered. Fintech refers to the technologies that improve efficiency, security, and accessibility across financial systems. These innovations are transforming how businesses and consumers manage money and are creating strong demand for professionals with advanced fintech expertise.

The Master of Science in FinTech was developed in direct response to this growing demand. The program prepares students for careers at the intersection of finance and technology by emphasizing data-driven decision making and modern financial tools. Coursework integrates key fintech areas such as blockchain, data analytics, and artificial intelligence, while maintaining a strong foundation in finance.

Students complete 30 credit hours and can tailor the program to their interests through elective options including security analysis, financial institutions, venture capital, real estate, and related areas. This balance of core finance knowledge and applied fintech coursework ensures graduates are well prepared for today’s financial services environment.

The program is offered in flexible formats to support working professionals. Students may choose a fully online asynchronous option or a HyFlex format that combines online and in-person instruction.

What distinguishes the MS in FinTech is its focused commitment to fintech education. While many finance programs include limited technology exposure, this degree places fintech at the center of the curriculum. As financial institutions continue investing in blockchain, analytics, and artificial intelligence, the need for professionals who understand both finance and technology continues to grow. Employers range from fintech startups to established banks, investment firms, trust companies, hedge funds, and trading organizations.

Graduates pursue careers across corporate finance and financial services, where fintech innovation plays a central role in strategy, operations, and investment decision making.

The entire program is available for approximately $20,000, making it an accessible and high-value investment in a rapidly expanding field.
