Boyer joined KellyMitchell, St. Louis’ sixth largest women-owned business and fifth largest IT consulting firm, in 2004. Based in Clayton, KellyMitchell provides IT professionals to more than 40 Fortune 500 companies. As CFO, Boyer’s job is to make sure the company has the financial wherewithal to grow. To that end, KellyMitch ell has grown from a single office to more than 16 nationwide.
Rebecca is responsible for the daily oversight and long-term strategy that drives KellyMitchell’s financial, human resource and administrative operations. Since 2004, Rebecca has been using her expertise in public as well as private accounting, as well as her Certified Public Accountant certification, to manage and oversee the financial health, stability, and growth and expansion plan for KellyMitchell. Rebecca has been an instrumental, financial visionary and has created the platform for consistent, exponential and organic growth since she joined the organization by executing meticulous strategic direction over KellyMitchell’s financial portfolio. She is an active community member serving on local boards and takes an active role in volunteering and mentoring rising business leaders with a passion for entrepreneurship and finance.
