Late Seating

If this is your first visit to the Touhill, please give yourself plenty of time before the performance to familiarize yourself with the UMSL campus, parking and venue. Patrons arriving after the start of a performance will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. To protect the enjoyment of other patrons, not disturb the artists, and for safety; some performances will have very strict late seating and re-entry policies. Please be advised that these entry points may be well into the program and very limited throughout.

As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding a young child’s ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance. All persons over the age of 2 must have a ticket for admission. If you are bringing a child under the age of 2, please visit the Ticket Office the day of the performance to obtain a door pass for admission.

Will Call: If your tickets are held for you at Will Call, the Ticket Sellers will ask you to show a photo I.D.

Lost Tickets: Lost or stolen tickets may be replaced by calling the Ticket Office. The reprinted tickets will override the original tickets; an I.D. will be required to pick up the reprinted tickets.

All programs, dates, times, prices and artists are subject to change without notice.

Bar and Food Service

There is a concessions area in Parterre Lobby directly outside the main floor of the Anheuser-Busch Performance Hall.  There is also a concessions stand outside the Lee Theater that also provides service for the balconies of the Performance Hall.

A full bar, soft drinks, snacks, and light meals are offered. Concessions are normally offered during ticketed events with service starting at about one hour prior to the advertised event start time. For non-ticketed and academic events, vending machines are located in the Terrace Lobby under Grand Stairs near the restrooms.

The concessions bar and vending machines accept cash or credit cards.  Please note that there is no ATM in the building.

Drinks are allowed in the theaters if they are in a container with a lid, this includes items purchased at the concessions bar.  Souvenir Touhill cups with lids are available for purchase.  Food is not permitted in the theaters.

Guests must be 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the facility and no alcohol is permitted to leave the facility.

Student, Faculty, and Staff

Discounted tickets are available for many performances for the students, faculty, and staff of UMSL. Please check the ticketing page of each event to see what kinds of discounts are available and how to access those reduced rates.
