Common Searches

The Touhill staff and volunteer guild are dedicated to an outstanding patron experience for everyone. If you need assistance for any reason, please locate an usher – easily identifiable in a red coat – or staff member. We will do everything we can to help.

Drop Off and Pick Up

Please use the Main Entrance at One Touhill Circle 63121 to drop off patrons with mobility issues. The walk from the drop off point to the building is only 20 yards (60 feet). This entrance also has benches and a covered canopy to protect people while they wait. The drop off point on the west side of the building is 77 yards from the door. There are 22 accessible parking spaces within 260 yards of the building; however, they do fill up quickly during large events.

Curb Cuts and Inclines

All sidewalks around the Touhill have curb cuts to allow for wheelchair access. The east side of the building (Main Entrance) is relatively flat. There is a significant incline on the walk from Upper Lot K on the west side of the building.

The maps below can help you plan ahead for a comfortable visit to the Touhill:

Elevators

There is a primary elevator near the Main Entrance that serves both the lobby and the right side of the Anheuser-Busch Performance Hall. There is also an elevator near the Lee Entrance that connects the two lobby levels but does not provide access to the theater.

All restrooms in the Center are equipped with accessible restroom facilities.

American Sign Language Interpretive Services

Please inquire about this service when ordering tickets. Services must be requested at least two weeks prior to the event. A relay service for patrons who use a Telecommunication Device for the Deaf (TDD) is available by calling 800.526.0844. Personal Assistive Listening Devices are available for patron use. The devices are available at the coat check free of charge on a first come, first served basis. Patrons will be asked to sign the device out for the performance, Touhill Staff will ask for name, seat number, and active phone number. Various types of headsets, including induction loops that work with t-coil hearing aids are available for check-out. The devices will also work with your own 3.5mm jack headphones.

Booster Seats

A limited number of booster seats are available at the coat check free of charge on a first come, first served basis.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome inside the theaters and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to an event, please purchase your tickets by phone and notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle or accessible seat may be reserved for you. While the University recognizes the importance of comfort animals, those animals are typically not allowed in the facility. As with any patron, if the service animal becomes a disruption to the performance or surrounding patrons, the patron will be asked to leave the facility with the animal.
