Students pursuing the Neuroscience Certificate are responsible for reaching out to a faculty mentor with whom they would like to complete a directed research project. The research project must be approved in advance by a member of the Neuroscience faculty, and it is required that the research will lead to a poster presentation at UMSL's Neuroscience Seminar, the Undergraduate Research Symposium, or a similar event.
Before working on the Certificate, complete an enrollment form and turn it in to C.J. Sunega or visit the Psychological Sciences Department office in 325 Stadler. This form with the mentor's signature is required to be considered for the certificate.
