Steve is President and Chief Operating Officer of CSI Leasing, Inc., based in Creve Coeur, Missouri, and is a member of CSI’s Board of Directors. CSI is the largest independent non-bank information technology lessor in the US, and also has operations in 25 foreign countries. Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UMSL in 1977, and a law degree from the Washington University School of Law in 1980, where he was a member of the Law Review. Prior to CSI, Steve served as law clerk to the Honorable George F. Gunn, Jr., on the Missouri Court of Appeals, and was an associate with law firm Susman, Schermer, Rimmel & Parker in Clayton, Missouri. Steve joined CSI in 1983 as a corporate attorney and served as general counsel from 1988 to 1999. Beginning in 1999, he led CSI’s international expansion to Europe, Latin America and Asia until assuming his current position in 2008. Steve served as an Alderman for the City of Town and Country, Missouri, from 1989 to 1997. Steve is a member of the St. Louis Regional Business Council and serves on its Mentor Network Committee.
