You must arrive no later than August 12, 2024, the start date listed on the I-20. This will allow you to participate in all required orientation programs. You are advised to arrive between August 9-11, 2024 5-7, 2024 if you are living on-campus or have arranged for an apartment in advance to your arrival.
If you wish to be met at the Lambert St. Louis Airport, you can arrange to be picked up by UMSL Global. This option is generally only available to students arriving August 9-11, 2024.
You are required to report to UMSL Global starting Monday, August 12, 2024. Please bring your I-20 and passport so that we can scan your documents, give you the necessary orientation information, and assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
GTW programs cover topics such as immigration, cultural adjustment, and health insurance. These programs are mandatory for all international students.
