What’s in it for me?

What type of time commitment is involved?

Attend at least five of the seven in-person events. Expect approximately 20–30 hours total between October 2025 and May 2026 across group coaching, 1:1 meetings, and the Graduation Celebration.

How will I be matched with a student?

We compare student interests with your professional experience and stated preferences. Given the structured nature of the program, your professional experiences will be valuable to every student.

How often should we meet outside group coaching?

We recommend meeting with your mentee 3–4 times outside the group coaching sessions. The group session topics are great prompts for deeper one-on-one conversations.

Can I provide internship opportunities?

Yes. Please see our internships page.

Are there funding opportunities to support the program beyond my mentorship?

Yes. Fifty percent of donations support program operations and fifty percent support student tuition relief.
