Mark Fetters has 18 years of experience working at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. He began his career as the Office Manager for the Public Policy Research Center in 2007. Since then, Mark has taken on the roles of Accounting and HR Specialist, Accounting and Financial Analyst, Finance and Business Manager for three Provosts, and recently a Senior HR Partner. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UMSL and a Master of Accounting from the College of Business Administration. Mark is a long-time partner of the College; for instance, he has helped coordinate the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program for many years.
