Korea University Summer Campus
Korea University is located on a beautiful, green campus in Seoul. Take Korean Language and Culture courses or choose from more than fifty courses, taught in English, in subjects such as: Business, Political Science, Sociology, Art, Science, and the Humanities. This is a great way to study abroad and make progress towards your major. Courses are held Monday - Thursday.

Dates:
June 28 - August 5, 2010
(arrive on June 25 or 26, depart on August 6 or 7)
Orientation and registration will be held one day before the classes begin (June 28th 2010). Classes start on June 29. Students are advised to arrive in Korea a few days before the program starts to get acquainted with the new surroundings.

1 Educational and IT fees are based on 6 credit hours. Non-resident fees may apply.
2Housing is 1,000,000 Korean won for single dorm room (approx. $900) or 800,000 KRW for double room (approx. $720). This fee will be paid directly to Korea University.
3 This estimate is for meals and personal expenses. (It will vary by student depending on personal habits).
4 Includes mandatory HTH international health insurance and International Student Identification Card (ISIC).
5Airport pick-up is available upon each student’s request at 90,000 KRW (approx. $81) KRW. This fee will be paid directly to Korea University. There is no application fee for exchange students.
6 Please note that expenses are ESTIMATES. Costs vary depending on the exchange rate, the inflation rate, individual spending habits, and amount of extra travel. The cost estimate above does not include costs for independent travel, which can vary widely from student to student.

Mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation:
All UM-St. Louis students who study abroad are required to attend pre-departure orientation. This session will cover registration and financial aid, credit transfer, travel, health and safety topics, culture shock, and much more. Details and location.
