The University of Missouri – St. Louis is the largest university in the St. Louis metropolitan area, and the UMSL College of Business Administration is the region's largest AACSB accredited business school. Only three other colleges in the St. Louis metropolitan area have earned AACSB accreditation. The UMSL College of Business Administration is also listed as one of "The Best 300 Business Schools" in The Princeton Review's 2011 edition. Only six other colleges in the state of Missouri were awarded this distinction.

The first Thursday of each month we bring Breakfast and Business to friends and alumni of the College. This program offers the opportunity for students and business people to network and the learning about an exciting business topic.

The UMSL Information Systems faculty is ranked number seven in the US for faculty productivity.

The UMSL program in International Business is ranked #15 in the US by U S News and World Reports. It has been ranked in the top 20 for the past nine years.

Academic Analytics, which measures faculty research in 27 separate areas ranked the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program 36th.
