Dr. Vinita Henry is Director of Residency Programs. The college has two in-house residencies in Pediatric/Binocular Vision and Cornea/Contact Lens. There are four affiliated residencies at the Kansas City VAMC, the St. Louis VAMC, the Robert J. Dole VAMC and Childrens Mercy Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Henry conducts contact lens research including FDA investigational contact lenses and solutions, special contact lens designs and lens comparison studies. She is co-instructor of the contact lens courses and co-chief of the Contact Lens Service. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry and a Diplomate in the Cornea and Contact Lens Section
