Spend The Summer WRITE!

Students that have completed the UMSL Bridge Program can earn scholarships to the University of Missouri–St. Louis!

The Office of Precollegiate Student Services will host a summer writing workshop to cover the outline, writing, and editing process for three Common Application essay prompts. Students will learn to tell their unique stories and use their own voice as they prepare application essays. Students can choose from one of the workshop dates listed below.

University of Missouri- St. Louis North Campus

Students must complete an application in addition to meeting the below criteria for the program:

  • Currently enrolled in 11th grade, in a St. Louis metropolitan area high school

  • 2.5 or higher cumulative grade point average
