ABSTRACT: Letter from William H. Gass regarding plans for the development of the Gateway Mall.

SCOPE: This collection consists of a letter from William H. Gass, a professor at Washington University in St. Louis, to Gregory S. Palermo, President of the St. Louis Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, in which Gass criticizes development plans for the Gateway Mall area in downtown St. Louis. The letter is dated September 2, 1984.
