Abstract The Western American Life Collection contains books, pamphlets, brochures and other printed materials dealing with aspects of life in the 20th century western United States.
Scope and Contents note The Western American Life Collection consists of printed materials relating to life in the 20th century western United States. Materials represented in the collection include reports, magazines, dissertations, brochures, pamphlets, and books, and generally are covering subject matter including water and resource availability and usage, tourism, natural features, science, and cultural institutions. The bulk of the collections materials are located approximately from 1950 - 1980.
