Lael Bagnall is an energetic and committed educator with over two decades of experience across elementary, middle school, and higher education settings. She is certified in multiple areas of special and general education, with a focus on behavior disabilities, and has served in roles ranging from classroom teacher to Director of Special Education. Before coming to University of Missouri-St. Louis, Lael taught and mentored future educators at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where she specialized in inclusive practices, behavior management, and collaborative consultation. Lael brings a flexible, inclusive, and engaging approach to teaching, while modeling best practices in Universal Design for Learning and responsive instruction.
