Chancellor's Certificate Programs
Users can participate in non-credit courses and earn a Chancellor's certificate to show their achievements. UMSL has established standards, including time limits and course requirements, to ensure the certificates earned are current, meaningful, and valuable to any organization.

Conferences and Webinars
Midwest Digital Marketing Conference
The Midwest Digital Marketing Conference is the largest digital marketing conference in the Midwest. Last year MDMC19 set attendance records with nearly 2,000 marketers and friends. There were over 130 speakers including BuzzFeed, Pandora, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Refinery29, Pinterest, GoDaddy, Under Armour, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google, Yahoo, Nielsen and more. MDMC19 featured over 100 sessions across nine tracks: Data, Digital, Social Media, Creative, E-commerce, Innovation, academic/student, Tech and entrepreneurial.
Neighborhood Leadership Academy
The Neighborhood Leadership Academy, created in 2002, connects resources at the University -- Creating Whole Communities and University of Missouri Extension -- with residents and neighborhoods throughout the metropolitan area who are interested in improving their communities.
CWC Neighborhood Leadership Fellows
Neighborhood Leadership Fellows is an advanced leadership training program of UMSL, MU Extension and the St. Louis Promise Zone-St. Louis Economic Development Partnership.
The mission of Neighborhood Leadership Fellows (NLF) is to increase and amplify the voices of North St. Louis City and County residents at the civic decision-making tables in order to produce more equitable regional policies for neighborhoods. The primary geographic focus area is neighborhoods within the St. Louis Promise Zone due to the well-documented need for more targeted investment.
Applying for Federal Relief Funds and Local Resources (Small Business Webinar)
- UMSL, North County Inc., Beyond Housing, MU Extension, MOSourcelink, and the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership hosted a webinar on Friday, April 10th for small businesses, nonprofits, and religious organizations. The webinar covered the Paycheck Protection Program, the Economic Injury Disaster Loan program, and local business resources available through the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, MU Extension’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center, and MOSourcelink.
