The RWC offers a wide variety of fee based programs.  The classes that are offered as fee based programs are progressive and provide personal enrichment, training, and skill building.  Each participant can enjoy a smaller class setting and more individual attention from the instructor.  Each instructor is certified within their discipline and has years of experience. 

Swim for 10 minutes, bike for 30 minutes, and run for 20 minutes.  Push yourself to get the furthest distance in this timed triathlon. Time will be allotted between each event for transitions.

All those who register will receive a t-shirt (Approximately November 7th).

Learn the three strength-based movements of the Sport of Power lifting: The Back-squat, the Bench Press, and the Dead lift. This class is a six weeks long and will meet twice per week. Led by Certified Personal Trainers, Mike Donovan and Logan Mifflin.

Lifting Weighting 101 is an introductory course to free weights and machine weights. Led weekly by a certified personal trainer, this course will teach you to increase your confidence in the weight room and to be more independent during your workouts.

Registration opens for Fall Session 1 on August 9, 2019. Registration is required for fee based programs and the classes are open to students, members, and nonmembers.  Enrollment for each class closes 72 hours before the classes scheduled first session. You can register online or with Member Services in the Recreation and Wellness Center. If you do not have an online account, please click here for instructions on setting up your account. 

Refunds are not given for Fee Based Programs, unless the class is canceled. Please contact us if you have an emergency situation and would like refund consideration.
