Please check our Facility Hours for closures, as classes will not be held when the building closes for holidays or maintenance.


  • Who Can Participate?
    • Group Fitness is included in all memberships at the RWC.
  • How do I Sign Up?
    • No sign up or registration is required.  To participate, simply stop by any class. No experience is needed to participate and classes are designed for people of all fitness levels.  If you are brand new to a class, we recommend arriving a few minutes early so the instructor can answer any question you may have.
  • Class Admittance
    • Class size may be limited due to equipment and space requirements.  Please be courteous to other members and arrive before the beginning of class.  Instructors may deny access to class once class is at capacity or has already started.
  • Schedule Updates
    • Campus Recreation reserves the right to cancel any class during the semester based on low attendance.  Necessary schedule changes due to illness, emergencies, or inclement weather will be posted on line and on the information boards outside the studio.
  • Suggestion/Comments

Arthritis & Water Walking

Looking for a no impact, head to toe workout and full body stretch while enjoying the refreshing benefits of warm water and the company of others? Well, look no further because we've got you covered!  This class is perfect for those who have muscle and joint soreness or stiffness from arthritis, fibromyalgia or just everyday aches and pains.  We'll help you improve flexibility, range of motion, balance and endurance through a combination of water walking and stretches for every joint.  After an hour with us you'll leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day!

Barre Fit

The RWC Barre Class is comprised of strength, flexibility, and fun geared to all fitness levels. This results-oriented class combines Pilates, yoga, ballet, and core strengthening to target all the major muscle groups in the body. We use small hand weights, a ballet barre, a mat, and a ball to help you burn fat and lose inches. No ballet, yoga or Pilates experience needed. All fitness levels welcome.

Basic Yoga

This class is designed to introduce students to the basic elements of yoga. You will learn basic yoga poses, flows, and how to link breathing with your movements. This class is a beginner yoga format.

Brazilian Cardio

Break a sweat as you learn samba and other sassy, high energy dance moves from Brazil.

Carido Intervals

This cardio-based total body conditioning programs based on the principles of Insanity will push the participant to new heights.  This class is perfect for people of all levels and is a complete body weight only class. During this class you can expect constant motivation and encouragement all while raising your heart rate and achieving your fitness goals.

Cardio Kickboxing

Whether you are an athlete , a business professional , a student or a full time mom or dad ... Cardio Kickboxing is the perfect fitness option for you. Being an instructor and coach for more than 20 years in the business my motto is "Kickboxing anytime anyplace anywhere" , I believe that Kickboxing should be your fitness passion for training at any time and location and in any dress code. Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Circuit Conditioning

Burn calories, build strength, and enhance your aerobic fitness in this athletic circuit class. Circuits are a great way to achieve total body fitness and improved body composition.

This quick 30 minute class will every muscle in your core.  From your shoulders to your glutes and everything in between!

Core Fusion

Target your core with a variety of cardio movements using light weights and Pilates techniques.

FABS

Do you want tighter abs to help with balance? Do you loathe the thought of pumping iron in a gym but would still like to build muscle and increase strength? Then this FABSulous class is for YOU! As we age, our bellies tend to get bigger, our balance becomes a bit off kilter, and our muscles start to sag (especially the back of those arms). Using various water equipment, FABS class will: tighten your tummy, improve your balance, and build major muscle groups.

Family Zumba

This class is meant for parents and kids.  Join the instructor for a fun 45min class that allows families to exercise and dance together! Parents must accompany their children in this class.

Family Yoga

This class is meant for the family.  Parents and children will explore yoga together in this 45min format.

Fighting Fit

This class is designed to provide individuals with fitness inspired by Karate.  Class will provide an assortment of fitness drills to provide participants with a good cardio workout throught the emphasis of delivering kicks and punches on pad targets in a circuit type workout. ** Boxing gloves are required for this class **

Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into a fun calorie-torching workout! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. 

Real people for real results — Kettlebell is for anyone and anybody who is looking to have fun. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with the most effective, fulfilling, and lively workout available!

Kickboxing

This class will combine cardio and boxing to provide you with a total body workout.  This class will aim to improve your strength and aerobic fitness! All fitness levels welcome!

Pilates

Stretching and core strength based on the work of J. Pilates. This class will target your abdominals and back muscles.

Piloga

Piloga combines Pilates and Yoga moves to leave you feeling relaxed and strong.

PiYo

A unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. It is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga and the moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that is fun, challenging, and will make you sweat.

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.   Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.  Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Power Pump

This interval training class will leave your full body toned with an emphasis on increasing muscular strength. Great class to pump up your spirit!

Power Sculpt

This body weight only class will fully sculpt your body. You will hit every muscle group while focusing on core work and a full body stretch.

Great for all levels of exercisers.

Power Yoga

Looking to take your yoga practice to the next level.  This class will flow through many sequences while focusing on your breath, balance, and core strength.

Silver Sneakers Classic 

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.

Spinning

A great cardio workout on stationary bikes for all fitness levels.  Ride to music as you are led by a certified spinning instructor.

Strength & Stretch

This class will incorporate a full body workout with ample amount of time at the end to stretch your muscles and work on flexibility.

Total Body Blast

This class will leave your entire body feeling strong and powerful.  Using various equipment and exercises get a full body workout in 60 minutes!

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of practice that synchronizes movement to breath. Expect a challenging yet refreshing class designed to develop physical strength, balance, and mental focus. Modifications are offered to make your practice what you want that day: fitness-based, stretchy and relaxing, or a perfect mix of both.

W.E.T.

Water Exercise Training: A great class for low impact fitness.  W.E.T meets in the natatorium and will focus on exercises for fitness, body defining, and weight loss.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a fantastic way to increase or maintain flexibility as it focuses on the areas around the joints. In the long run, it will lubricate joints, release the fascia of the body, increase flexibility and positively affect your yang practice. All levels are welcome.

Zumba

Dance fitness class that incorporates Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves.  The class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  All dance levels welcome!

Group Fitness Punch Pass

10 class punch pass: $7/class, Total $70

20 class punch pass: $6/class, Total $120

30 class punch pass: $5/class, Total $150

FAQ

How long will the passes be valid for?
Each of these punch passes will be valid for up to a year after purchase.

Which classes can I attend with this punch pass?
These punch pass cards would gain non-member access to the group fitness class package included in the membership package. 

How will the classes be tracked?
When a patron comes in to class, the front desk will record attendance in the membership software, which will keep track of the number of classes attended.  

Do I have access to any other privileges with my class punch pass?
This group fitness punch pass does not gain the patron access to any of the member privileges (i.e. reduced rate on programming, personal training, access to fitness equipment, gym, climbing wall, natatorium* or track). This pass is valid only for attendance to group fitness classes. 
**Group fitness classes held in the natatorium would be an exception.

If a class I bought the punch pass for is canceled or changes time will I be refunded?
All classes are subject to change.  You will not be refunded if a class gets canceled.
