Dr. Chris Sullivan serves as the Director of Health, Counseling & Disability Access Services at UMSL. In his role as campus health officer and chief mental health officer, he oversees the university’s physical and mental health clinical services for students as well as leading efforts to ensure academic accommodations for students with disabilities. A long-serving staff member in the UMSL community, Dr. Sullivan brings deep experience working with a diverse student population and is committed to ensuring that campus services remain beneficial and relevant to all UMSL students.
Originally from west-central Wisconsin, Dr. Sullivan earned a BA in Spanish language and culture from UW–Eau Claire. He completed an MA in European studies from KU Leuven in Belgium, as well as an MEd and PhD in Counseling from UMSL.
