University Program Board (UPB) is THE student programming board on UMSL's campus - if it's fun, we've done it. We host dozens of events on campus each semester and give out tons of free swag! Our events span from educational programs to the just-for-fun events that happen throughout the week. We help make your UMSL Experience unforgettable!

Programming Initiatives

UPB is rooted in providing a variety of events to appeal to all student and schedules. To maximize our outreach, the team hosts 4 event types to meet the activity need of our commuter population. These events are:

Explore St. Louis - Let's help you explore the sites of St. Louis!
- Twice a semester we host shuttle trips to great St. Louis events and destinations. You must purchase a ticket to participate or meet us at location.
- All tickets are sold at a 50-75% discount to students.
Social/ Entertainment - You don't have to travel far to have a good time!
- We're bringing the fun to campus with mid-to-large scale social events. Come alone or with a group to have some laughs and play some games.
- Events include comedy shows, bingos, lantern nights, and concerts.
Educational - Learning is done best with peers!
- Stop by these events to learn a new skill, connect to a campus resource, or learn about whats happening around us.
- Events include ASL workshops, storytelling festivals, special panels, and community expos.
Drop-Ins - Built for the student on the go.
- these events are created to for the commuter populations and mid class walks. Come by for a quick bite or activity.
- Events include flower bouquet making, smash rooms, Lego building, and painting nights.
