Welcome to UMSL's Office of Student Involvement. We're here to help you build lasting memories and provide services that will help you gain confidence and personal greatness! Belonging and Wellness events are hosted to provide opportunity for students with on-the-spot services on campus.
Belonging events are opportunities to make friends, have new experiences, and make connections with the campus community.
Events include Quest St. Louis, Taste of the Lou, Fashion Shows, storytelling festivals, University Program Board events, and the annual Halloween Brunch.
Wellness events are brought to the Millennium Student Center to support students' holistic physical and mental health. Ranging from drop-in events to 2 hour seminars, we hope each student finds what they're looking for by involving campus and St. Louis partners.
Events include writing workshops, stress management activities, Blood Drives, STI testing, and World Day of Kindness actives.

Free Resources
We are here to serve. Throughout the year we offer free services to the UMSL community to help you find community and get individual services completed. Below are some of the continued activities through the year.
- Free Professional Headshots
- Available at the Excellence Mixer, professional photographer services for your networking profiles.
- Free Campus Haircuts
- Hosted once every Fall and Spring semester, this is a 10-hour free service. Professional barbers and stylists available for men and women's haircuts.
- UMSL Wellness Fair
- In partnership with the Recreation and Wellness Center, hosted each spring you can explore all services available at UMSL and nearby community. Connect with UMSL nursing, optometry, counseling, Student Services, and more!
- Louie's Closet
- Thrift your next outfit at the resource closet! Located in the Office of Student Involvement, all donations are washed before being displayed. We have tops, bottoms, dresses, shoes, accessories, and more!
