University Student Support

USS strives to create a strong inclusive community amongst students, faculty, and staff that personifies respect, accountability and acceptance, while supporting and empowering students to achieve degree completion. Strong partnerships and collaborations across the campus and the St. Louis community are established to promote student learning and development, engagement, persistence and success to aid in closing the achievement gap.

Student Clubs and Organizations

There are a number of ways to celebrate inclusive excellence and getting involved on campus is a great way to engage! UMSL offers over 90 student organizations, including the Student Government Association, Able-Disable Partnership, Associated Black Collegians, Chinese Students and Scholars Association, Minority Student Nurses Association, Prizm Queer-Trans-Straight Alliance, Students Who Are Parents, and much more!
