As subunit of Global Students & Experiences and part of the Division of Student Affairs, International Student Support Services (ISSS) complements and enhances academic learning by supporting students' personal, professional, and intellectual growth. ISSS supports international students throughout their UMSL journey by providing pre-arrival guidance, immigration services, programming, and resources that help students succeed. Through programs, events, and campus partnerships, ISSS creates opportunities for domestic and international students to learn from one another, exchange perspectives, and build the knowledge and relationships needed to thrive in an increasingly interconnected workforce. From pre-departure and orientation to campus engagement, graduation, and beyond, ISSS is committed to helping international students navigate life at UMSL, build meaningful connections, and achieve their goals.
