Looking to switch up your climbing routine? Join us for the following Special Events at the Climbing Center.

This Spring, the Climbing Center is hosting the Spring 2024 Everest Climbing Challenge!

Starting February 5th and throughout the entire semester, climbers can log and track how many feet that they climb at the UMSL Campus Recreation Climbing Wall.  Climbers will have until May 1st to track and log their hours, and whoever climbs the furthest or the length of Mount Everest's ascent from base campus to the summit (11,430 feet) will receive a prize!

There is no cost to participate - official rules of the event will be posted at the climbing wall!

Come by the RWC Climbing Wall to participate in the Crate Stacking Challenge and see how tall your milk crate tower can become! 

Thursday, Feb. 22: 4 PM - 8 PM
Thursday, March 21: 5 PM - 7 PM
Thursday, April 25: 5 PM - 7 PM

This is perfect for beginner climbers with little or no experience climbing. This clinic will introduce you to the wonderful world of climbing.
