LaVell D. Monger, BA 2016, is co-owner of RTW Photography, a media company based in Central Florida. He is also the development officer for Osceola County at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida. After completing his degree at UMSL, he earned an MEd from Florida Atlantic University. In addition to his involvement with the UMSL Alumni Association, LaVell continues to serve UMSL as a guest speaker on topics such as entrepreneurship and community leadership. He enjoys distance running, photography and podcasting.
