For the first time ever, the American Optometric Student Association (AOSA) elected an UMSL student, Jennifer Sidun, as the national organization's President. This significant tribute to the leadership and dedication of third-year student Jenn Sidun also reflects and reinforces our student body's ongoing national participation and enthusiasm, most recently evidenced by receipt of the Spirit Award at Optometry’s Meeting last June. UMSL's student leaders regularly commit to national aspirations, forging early professional relationships and creating foundations for lifelong contributions to our profession and our communities. |
