Jerol

Jerol Enoch is the Coordinator for International Programs at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. He designs and runs short-term, non-credit, certificate programs for visiting groups of internationals. He has worked with groups from Russia, China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, France, and many other countries. He taught ESL in the Czech Rupublic, Romania, and Hungary for seven years prior to starting work at UM - St. Louis.

Dr. E Terry Jones

Dr. E. Terrence (Terry) Jones is professor of political science and public policy administration at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He has also taught at the Federal Executive Institute, Georgetown University, and Kansas State University. A specialist in local government, metropolitan issues, and public opinion, he is the author of three books and over fifty professional articles and chapters. He has been a consultant to more than seventy governmental agencies and non-profit organizations.

Julie Stone

Ms. Julianne Stone currently serves as the Director of the Local Government Partnership, a program co-sponsored by East-West Gateway Council of Governments, University of Missouri-St. Louis, and University of Missouri Extension. The Partnership is designed to provide training, technical assistance, outreach and information to local government officials and their constituents as well as students of local government in the bi-state St. Louis Region and throughout the State of Missouri to enhance their capability to address the challenges involved in city management, public policy formulation and implementation. She also serves as the Manager of Community Engagement and Local Government Services at East-West Gateway. Program role - scheduling and introduction of speakers

Tom

Tom Rhodenbaugh has worked nationally and internationally with NGO’s for more than 40 years focusing on organizational growth and leadership development. Since 2004 he has served as a consultant to large and small non-profit organizations, including The Grantsmanship Training Center, Moscow School of Political Studies, Annie E. Casey Foundation, and as program coordinator for the Supporters of Civil Society in Russia.  Mr. Rhodenbaugh also served in a number of leadership and training capacities with non-government organizations including the St. Louis Regional Jobs Initiative,Save the Children and Christian Children’s Fund. Program role - contact person and liason for Open World and the Moscow School of Political Studies

glassman Dr. Joel Glassman is Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, Director of the Center for International Studies, and Associate Professor of Political Science, University of Missouri-St. Louis. As Director of the Center for International Studies, Glassman provides administrative leadership and exercises responsibility for planning and coordinating the comprehensive international education program of the University, in consultation with the Chancellor, Provost, and Academic Deans. Also, he directs the University’s Office of International Student and Scholar Services which coordinates and provides services for international students and scholars including recruitment, admissions, immigration, orientation, and nonacademic advising. Ben Ben Fleschert is a graduate assistant at the Univeristy of Missouri - St. Louis. He works closely with Julie Stone. Program role - program assistance
